SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We hope you're happy with your purchase. If not, you can return or exchange your order.

 

Returns or exchanges

 

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange an item.

  • Only items that are returned new, unworn, undamaged and with all original tags included will be eligible.

  • You will be fully responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns .

 

Trade in

 

  • Would you like to exchange it for another item or a different size?
    Please clearly indicate which item or size you would like to receive instead.

  • Exchanges are only possible if the desired item or size is still available.

  • Additional charges may apply when exchanging, depending on the price difference.

 

Refund

 

  • Please include your order number with your return shipment.

  • Once your return is received and inspected , we will send you an email confirming your refund .

  • The refund will be made via the same payment method you originally paid with.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
